START UP DESIGN PACKAGE - $ 350

This fee would apply to one room and would include the following:

• A 30 minute telephone conversation with Kate to address some of the issues involved with the room chosen for design.
• An onsite visit by Kate.  For unfurnished space, Kate will suggest colors, type and placement of furniture and wall décor, window and floor treatments. She will bring paint chips of colors and pictures of potential furniture and décor items based on some of the goals she has learned from the above telephone conversation

Where furniture is already in place, but the room is not working, Kate will suggest some freshening up ideas to make the room more functional and eye catching.  This can include changing furniture placement, bringing in different colors, re-hanging existing wall décor or making suggestions for additional wall and table décor. Window and floor treatment will also be discussed if changes need to be made.

You will have a completely designed or re-designed room by the time Kate leaves.

• A written follow up from Kate confirming the design ideas she discussed.  This outline can be used by you to complete the room as and when you can afford to do so.

ADD-A-ROOM - $ 250

ate will do a second room for the above price while she is on site for the first room.  This is a time saving way to obtain design solutions for two main rooms.

ANY OTHER SERVICES YOU REQUIRE WILL BE CHARGED ON A PER PROJECT OR HOURLY RATE. ONCE BUDGETED, KATE DOES NOT EXCEED BUDGET.
